Title - Manage the transition to clockwork Tags - businesssystems training management employees
When I worked at Kameleon, I found it difficult to work with Chris because he was transitioning to a desgining role (202205311902) but didn’t communicate the implications (202206011305)
This proves that, when you begin to run your business on systems, not everyone will get on board immediately or automatically.
You should be spending more and more time designing rather than doing. If your employees don’t understand WHY, and your work is less visible, they’re likely to think you’re not doing a lot.
Therefore, it’s best to be upfront with everyone about what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, how it will benefit them, what the new boundaries are, how they can provide your with feedback, and how you’ll help them adjust.
