Therefore, it is the ongoing responsiblity of management to:
- Design and continually improve systems/processes
- Develop job roles with specific responsibilities and steps/processes/systems
- Help employees understand and execute the processes of their role
Doing this well helps the organisation deliver better quality and lower cost.
