Tell the story of my horrible experience scanning a baby and forgetting the pre contrast scan. This was partly because the SOP was really unclear. I was also tired, it was the middle of the night. Use to make the point that clear systems with processes, checklists and coaching are critical in businesses where delivery is as or more complex than healthcare.
