If you don’t currently have a reactivation system in place, begin by identifying a list of the inactive customers and attempt to bring them back.

Experiment with it and once you’ve found an approach that works, systematise it so that you repeat the steps whenever a customer becomes inactive.

Then, work on preventative/proactive retention of customers so fewer become inactive in the first place.

Simulataneously prevent customers from leaving with a retention strategy and reactivate those who do leave with a reactivation strategy.
