When I first discovered I was pregnant I couldn’t wait for my first scan, when I was on my way to the hospital I was stuck in traffic outside sneek a peek and wondered what it was so while waiting for my first scan to start I googled it and came across Maria’s website, I read a few reviews while waiting and then was called in for my scan, now after my first scan at the hospital I came out feeling great but deflated, great because I saw my baby for the first time but deflated because I thought the experience would of been a bit different.
Anyway after a couple of weeks thinking about sneek a peek I decided to jump with both feet first and book a gender and well being scan because im impatient and couldnt wait til 20 weeks to find out when gender my baby was going to be and also to check that everything is going forward the way it should, Maria also allowed someone to be with me so I took my mum.
During this scan Maria was so informative and showed me every part of baby and also checked my placenta which turns out was anterior and explained to me what that meant, she also checked my ovaries and then asked if I wanted to know the gender there in the room or do a reveal, I chose for Maria to tell me, as I had a feeling but wanted to be sure, when she told me I was having a little boy I was over the moon. I also got to hear his heart beat which was recorded and put into a teddy bear.
I then had my 20 week scan a couple of weeks later and felt the two experiences totally different, the hospital one definitely felt more rushed and not as personal which again made me feel deflated especially as a first time mum to be.
After the 20 week scan I thought about having a 3D/4D scan and knew straight away my first point of contact for this was Maria again, I felt so at ease with the gender scan I couldnt think of anyone else I would want to go to.
This scan was incredible although baby decided to face my spine after only a couple of photos and refused to turn after that Maria continued the scan and checked baby over while allowing me in that time to walk jump and jiggle to see of we could encourage baby to turn, they did not, so instead of taking my money Maria invited me back first a few days later to try again, this time baby cooperated and I came away with many photos and videos of baby in 3D/4D which are absolutely incredible I can see who my baby might look like and saw little features you dont get to see in 2D scans, Maria asked if I had had much heartburn during my pregnancy up until that scan and I said yes awful, Maria then pointed out what we agreed to be hair floating around.
I was amazed by the whole experience from start to finish with Maria and have not stopped recommending her to my pregnant friends and coworkers. If I ever go on to having another I will certainly be using Maria and sneek a peek again without a doubt. Its an experience I will treasure for the rest of my life.
