The way Maria took her time to explain everything to my husband and I and create a calm relaxing environment. She was very professional and informative and made us feel at ease throughout. We feel like we had lots of time seeing our baby on the screen and lots of images and videos to take home and share with our families. Seeing out little girl sucking her thumb was so cute and it’s lovely that Maria captured images and a video of this. All our friends and family have commented on how amazing the detail that can be seen in this video is. Reassurance that everything was okay with the baby and seeing her anatomy in detail. And finding out her gender so that we can plan and buy pink! And I feel like we can get to know our baby more now. 100% it was such an amazing experience from start to finish. We felt really looked after and had a top quality experience. So lovely that Maria is just down the road from us unlike with our last baby we had to travel to Exeter and felt the experience was rushed and just not as lovely as yesterday. Maria took the time to reassure us and make sure our baby girl was okay explaining everything as she went through. And the amount of images and videos we received is amazing. I honestly can’t thank Maria enough for the whole experience I have been smiling from ear to ear since! Thank you so much!! Yes Not applicable Yes
