The comfortable environment, how long the scan was compared to other private clinics we visited in a previous pregnancy, the care and attention from Maria. Too hard to choose one thing! Reassurance after going through losses and we also found it helps with bonding, especially for Daddy :-) It was just lovely to see our little girl in so much detail AND for such a long time too.
