The experience was wonderful, right from the smiley face to say hello. The fact that asking for an evening appointment and Maria was able to do it for me was amazing, and very much appreciated! I think that even though the time spent on the scan was amazing and I loved how long we got to look at our little boy and all the anatomy, in my honest opinion compared to competitors (even thought Exeter is the closest) £127 for 45 minuets seemed more expensive compared to another private clinic for example I could of paid £59 and got to have a look at baby in 3D as well for a 30 min appointment. Maybe if the time was halved the price could be too, which would be more inviting? I know you can’t put a price on seeing your little one, but it could of reflected my decision if I didn’t pay the introduction price. However I have had a scan at a competitor, and I must say your service felt much more personalised and I love the lay out/look and feel of your clinic. Can’t thank you enough.
