Booking process

  • Was a bit confusing about booking, no easy tel no. Lots of talk of emails etc. Hence I Facebook messaged in the end
  • Maybe a little simpler booking instructions
  • The only partly ‘negative’ feedback I have is that I personally would have found it much easier if there was a straightforward Price List on the website, with clearer options on what is available. I think the Quiz is a great idea but it would be really helpful to have a list of all the options and prices too :)

Availbility

  • Only availability
  • Just timing as working full time so being able to have an evening appointment was really helpful
  • Only the appointment availability that fits around our lives but Maria was so accommodating and communicated fantastically over email to help me pick a time and date that was suitable for us! There were plenty of options and were even told we could recommend a suitable date. There was plenty of room to compromise to achieve a convenient appointment and it was fantastic.
  • Availability - Google Hours show that you are open only on Fridays and Saturdays - it might be worth updating this

Past experiences

  • Probably my past experiences with early scans
  • We had a bad experience at Window to the womb in Exeter so we’re apprehensive about another private scan. But Maria’s reviews were so good that we took the chance and I’m so glad that we did!

Location

  • The distance but totally worth it!
  • No, only the distance as Window to the Womb is closer to our home.

Sickness

  • Other than being ill no!

First private scan

  • Wasn’t sure what to expect.
  • First time parents and not sure what to expect.
  • I’ve never had a private scan before and wondered whether it would be worth it.

Website/reviews

  • If I didn’t feel soo comfortable with the first initial contact.
  • Poor reviews or no current reviews.
  • If the vibe of the website wasn’t friendly
  • Maybe a lack of positive reviews.

Gender decision

  • No - possibly we wouldn’t have booked that scan if we hadn’t known the gender.
  • Not sure whether to find out gender
  • If the 20 week scan was better, maybe we wouldn’t have thought about booking it, but so glad we did!

These objections were acquired by asking clients what obstacles may have prevented them from booking a scan on a feedback from 1 days after their appointment.

Specifically, they were asked one of two questions:

  2. “What was the obstacle that would have prevented you from booking a scan?”
