tags - psycho-cybernetics over-motivation
Over-motivation is when you want something so badly that you create physical and mental distress that works against you accomplishing the goals (and creates neediness negotiationneediness).
The reverse of this is like a candle which burns without effort. Similarly, you want an effortless burning desire for your goal.
You achieve this by imagining the goal, focussing on it, getting emotional about it (in your imagination), then forget about it, move on to accomplishing your daily goals - and let your creative mechanism work on it in the background.
