Questions to help develop a client intake and triage system:

  • When a potential client contacts your office, what happens first?

  • When a potential client contacts your office, if the first thing to happen is a direct conversation, is there a script (there should be)?

  • If a response is sent to a potnetial client after they contact your office, is there a fill-in-the-blank template for that document(s) (there should be)?

  • What does the client need to know about doing business with you and how to do business with you?

  • What is the client’s next step - or next step options?

  • What happens next from you - if that next step is NOT taken (within a pre-determined number of days)?

  • What happens next from your if that next step IS taken?
