Dan Kennedy’s intake procedure:

  1. Potential client contacts Dan’s office by fax or phone (usually VM)
  2. Dan’s PA either: (1) directs them to resource (if clearly unqualified), or (2) explains rules of engagement (send 1-2-page fax describing business and perceived needs)
  3. PA sends faxes to Dan (urgent - same day; non-urgent - weekly Fedex)
  4. Dan sends memo explaining that new client relationships begin with consulting day or asks PA to follow-up and direct into media platform if unqualified
  5. Consulting day procedures explained (+/-), client handed back to PA to schedule, and (if unfamiliar with Dan) sent books, newsletters, etc. for indoctrination prior to arranged day
