  2. emotional “needs” - it FEELS horrible not having any clients
  3. obligation - “they’ve been with me since the beginning”
  4. guilt over earning too much
  5. compassion - “that’s all they can pay”
  6. poverty orientation - “that’s all they WILL pay”
  7. resume-building
  8. the cache client
  9. denial of what copywriting business really IS
  10. lack of confidence in ability or appropriateness to client
  11. poor sales skills
  12. start ‘n’ stop self marketing (while work gets done)
