We’re afraid of the real decision process - we want to get a decision and get out - because we don’t have the behaviours to negotiate in the vertical or horizontal plan: we don’t know how to build mission and purpose; use nurture, reverse, 3+; set valid goals and objectives; plan. So we lose focus.
