“Callum’s most unique strength is his empathy. He is a kind and caring man who is always ready to listen and provide support.” (Karl Nottage)
“Callum is a good listener. He listens at a greater depth than most. He confirms his understanding of the information at hand by repeating what was said—to ensure there is no confusion or communication breakdown. (Matt Nyathi)
“Callum’s best quality is that he applies his mind to every situation and is not easily influenced. He does not act on impulse. He applies calculated/informed decisions and will test the waters before implementing an idea/plan or committing his efforts.” (Matt Nyathi)
“Words I would use to describe Callum’s strengths and abilities are: aspirational, determined, hard working, goal-oriented, intuitive, focused, reliable and conscientious.” (Viv Easton)
