Cantaloupe Express

Serves: 3 + leftovers for 3 Prep and cooking time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 cantaloupe, cubed 8 slices fresh buffalo mozzarella, cut up 8 small sprigs savory, chopped 8 small sprigs rosemary, chopped Pinch of Celtic salt

Recipe

Place the cantaloupe, mozzarella and herbs in a bowl. Toss gently, then sprinkle with salt.
