Watermelon Mozzarella Cocktail
Serves: 3 + leftovers for 3 Prep and cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 watermelon, cubed 8 slices fresh buffalo mozzarella, cut up 6 fresh basil leaves, chopped Pinch of Celtic salt
Recipe
Place the watermelon, mozzarella and basil in a bowl. Toss gently, then spinkle with salt.
