Green Juice
Ingredients
2-3 large carrots 5-6 kale leaves 2 organic celery sticks 1 ripe Bosc pear or 75g of any fruit above pH 5 1 organic cucumber 30g organic fresh spinach 3-4 ice cubes
Recipe
Put all ingredients except for ice cubes in a juicer and process. Pour into a glass, add a few ice cubes, and sip slowly.
Notes
You need a juicer to make this recipe at home. You can add or exchange the following vegetables: beetroots, bok choy, parsley, coriander, Swiss chard, lettuce. Add more carrots if you want it to be on the sweeter side.
