Dr. Aviv’s Berry Smoothie Blast

Ingredients

150g blueberries or mixed berries 225g almond milk 1 banana 3-4 ice cubes (optional)

Recipe

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Notes

Berries must be neutralised with dairy-free nut or coconut milks to be acid-friendly. Throw in spinach or 1 tablespoon of hemp protein if desired.
