Dr. Aviv’s Power Bar

Ingredients

2 1/2 stoned dates 10 almonds 1 1/2 teaspoons almond butter 1 drop vanilla extract 1 1/2 teaspoons desicated coconut

Recipe

Place the dates and almonds in a food processor and pulse for about 1 minute, until the mixture is reduced to a paste. Transfer the mixture to a small mixing bowl and combine with the almond butter and vanilla. Mix well with a spoon for 1 minute. Turn the mixture out onto a cutting board and shape it to resemble a standard “power” bar. Coat the bar with desicated coconut on both sides and enjoy one of the healthiest power bars you’ll ever eat!

Notes

These bars will taste even better after you cool them in the refrigerator.
