Change of systems
If you were caught in the cross-fire when we moved to some new business systems, I’m sorry. In the first year of Sneak-A-Peek, it was very much a case of figuring everything out as we went along. This year, we’re working on some major improvements which meant having to completely reboot the business from the ground up. Unfortunately, it was almost like going back to day one for a short while as we got the new systems up and running and figured out the problems as we went. If you were affected, I’m confident the end result will be worth sticking around for!
