Unscheduled incoming calls with me are not accepted. All calls are pre-scheduled on Tuesdays at least 2 weeks in advance. A fax with relevant details is requested in advance of the call. All incoming calls to the office are directed to voicemail. Most routine customer service calls are responded to within 2 working days. Messages/faxes for me will be forwarded. If judged urgent, I will do my best to respond within 48 hours. If non-urgent, they go in my return work pile, forwarded to me in the post once a week on a Wednesday. Critiques usually require 3-4 weeks for a response (sometimes more). Please don’t submit a critique requiring a fast response (e.g. for an ad deadline). All critiques are done in order of receipt.
